Job Title : Techforce Analyst – Intern
Location : Hyderabad
Job Description :
- Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of salesforce.com including managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layouts, custom report management and installation/support of app exchange applications
- Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of CMS, LMS, Google Apps, and other on-demand applications
- Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
- Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written policies and Sarbanes-Oxley user and change management controls
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of “sandbox” environments to facilitate the successful development and QA testing of new on-demand features and functionality
