Job Description :
- Ability and willingness to train, research, and share knowledge with others

- Experience cultivating relationships within and outside of departments and teams
- Good English (both verbal and written) along with communication and collaboration skills within and outside of departments and teams
- Ability to manage several concurrent activities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience being a technical lead in at least one greater than 6 month project which includes managing against deadlines, and clearly understanding business requirements
- Ability to identify and propose solutions to client’s complex problems. Meet customers needs through proactive proposal of technical solutions.
Skills :
- Good OOP/OOD knowledge to design and implement complex functional modules
- Understanding of different algorithms, and experience selecting different algorithms to meet different business needs
- Familiar with structured database design and optimization of complex SQL scripts/stored procedures
- Ability to understand root causes to problems, and identifying potential solutions. Ability to follow through on a structured approach to problem solving
- Minimum 1 years experience with ASP.NET, C#, MS-SQL, jQuery, Entity Framework and frequently used design patterns/principles
- Familiar with Microsoft design and programming tools, including Visual Studio, SVN, SQL Server Management Studio etc
- Exposure/ experience in Insurance domain would be an added advantage
Qualification : Any Graduate
