Job Description :
- Expert in troubleshooting & administration of routers and switches with different customers
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF
- Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay {ATM, ISDN, Leased line Cisco and HP Hardware
- Exposure on Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC I GRE)
- Performance Management & Optimization. Strong in security concepts
- Troubleshooting knowledge of Firewalls, Proxy & RADIUS servers mandatory
- Interacts with team members
- Responds in a timely manner and cooperates with other members to achieve the workgroup’s goals
- Assistance and lead team members in activities when necessary
- Demonstrates collaboration by sharing necessary information
- Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge to use Trouble Ticket- and Monitoring systems
- Good Written & Verbal
