- Expert in troubleshooting & administration of routers and switches with different customers
- Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay {ATM, ISDN, Leased line Cisco and HP Hardware
- Exposure on Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC I GRE)
- Performance Management & Optimization. Strong in security concepts
- Troubleshooting knowledge of Firewalls, Proxy & RADIUS servers mandatory
- Interacts with team members
- Good Analytical & Troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge to use Trouble Ticket- and Monitoring systems
- Good Written & Verbal
