Job Title : Email Support Executive

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

  • Handling of post-travel emails and enquiries from passengers on behalf of the airline via e-mail/calls
  • The service will be provided according to airline Customer Care Policy and legal air transport law
  • Helping customer in pre/post queries related to airline booking, Amendment or any change, Fresh booking, Cancellation, Refunds etc
  • All emails should be processed within defined service levels and each email should get minimum passing C-SAT scores on questionnaire sent to customers along with clearing quality checks

Qualification : Any Graduate

Work Experience : 0 – 2 Year
