Job Description :
- Should be well versed with KYC concepts and various areas around KYC i.e. CIP, EDD, PDD
- Should have knowledge on KYC performed per Global AML requirements
- Understand the change of Risk rating and reasons driving the same
- Should be well versed with attributes screened under KYC (Legal Name, required list of Associates, Ownership structure, countries of operation etc.)
- Should be able to Adjudicate PEPs and negative news also able to different between material and non-material PEPs and news
- Should have knowledge on Screening individual and companies thru 3rd party sites and adjudicating Hits received with appropriate reasons and comments
- Understand information provided on various government & third party sites (i.e. Regularity & registry sites)
- Should be excellent with capabilities to perform search on google for any required information and provide supporting documents for the same
- Able to DO extensive research on mergers, acquisition and latest information on clients as and when required
- Should understand to read Annual reports of company, MOA, AOA, Certification of incorporation
- Understanding on financial products loans, derivatives, Foreign Exchange etc
- Understanding on SLA and KPIs of process agreed with clients
- Good communication required for writing emails and having IM conversations or calls with client
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively
Qualification : Any Graduate
