Job Description :

  • Lead Client briefing calls and ask queries during client call
  • Lead client feedback sessions and understand the need of client
  • Conduct training for new team members (content analysts) and provide on the job training to the team
  • Review the client briefing document
  • Solve queries of team during content analysis process
  • Check on grouping, stimuli for each project
  • Quality check of files and feedback to team
  • Incorporate best practices for the process and update SOP documents

Qualification : Any Graduate

Work Experience : 1 – 5 Year
