Job Description :
- Troubleshooting network related problems and diagnosing and solving software issues
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and documenting relevant reports
- Handle inbound queries pertaining to the network & application issues
- Working with Engineering on customer driven product requests & enhancements and improving product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams
Skills :
- Good communication in English & excellent telephone etiquette
- Experience with customer service environment preferred
- Logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Flexible to work in night shift
