- Any Technical Support International Voice Experience Preferably from Help desk or Service desk
- Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
- Receiving end user calls
- Provide first level resolutions
- Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
- Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Ticket Closure
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills, search skills, ability to approach problems logically
- Basic Networking Domain experience(6+ months)
Qualification : Any Graduate
