Job Description :
- Fresher or 1 years of experience with Bulk recruitment
- Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles for Bulk hiring
- Source profile from various recruitment channel
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions
- Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organization
- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Responsible for post-offer management
